  8. Programamos 30 minutos, temperatura 90, velocidad 1 o 2. Cocinarla con el cubilete puesto, cuando queden 10 minutos para finalizar el tiempo, levantar el cubilete, para que se oxide la preparación y tengamos un color bonito.
  9. Si no teneis Thermomix, echais la pulpa, el azúcar, la corteza de limón y la canela en rama en una olla y dejamos que se cocine de nuevo a fuego lento durante 1 hora removiendo constantemente.
  10. Una vez que tengamos la textura que queramos, retirar la corteza y la canela.
  11. Dejar enfriar antes de usarla.
    También podéis conservarla en un recipiente de cristal al vacio, para usarla más adelante. De esta manera se puede conservar más de un año.
