- Corteza de limón
- Pellizco sal

- Si no compramos la almendra pelada, la tenemos que pelar.
- En la licuadora o thermomix poner la almendra para torcearla
- Poner todos los ingredientes a fuego lento, menos las pasar e ir removiendolos hasta que se ponga a hervir.
- Añadir al recipiente de la almendra picada el azúcar, la sal, la matalahúva y el limón. Licuar hasta que la corteza del limón se haga trocitos.
- Poner el resto de ingredientes excepto las pasas y licuar. (La leche caliente hace que quede mejor y sea más sencillo licuar si no tenemos thermomix).
- Mejor poner todo los ingredientes en caliente así toma consistencia.
- Agregar las pasas y mover, sin licuar.
- Repartir la masa por cacharritos individuales.
