A continuación y en ese momento añadiremos la harina con la levadura de golpe y mezclaremos constantemente con una espátula, hasta conseguir que todo se incorpore.
  2. Ahora dejaremos que se enfríe un poco, cascaremos los huevos en un bol y los batiremos ligeramente. Luego los añadiremos poco a poco, removeremos muy bien, hasta que adquiera una consistencia cremosa. Lo dejaremos reposar 10 minutos.
  3. A continuación en una sartén con abundante aceite no muy caliente y con la ayuda de dos cucharaditas, verteremos porciones de masa de tamaño de una cereza. Las deberemos mantener unos minutos con la sartén apartada del fuego para que se inflen y después volveremos a poner la sartén a fuego medio hasta que los buñuelos estén dorados.
  4. Por último, se pondrán en una fuente sobre papel absorbente y dejaremos enfriar, los buñuelos y repetiremos la operación.
    Finalmente, rellenaremos los buñuelos con una manga pastelera con boquilla fina. Podremos rellenarlos con crema pastelera, nata montada u otra crema que nos guste. Cada buñuelo se pincha con la boquilla para rellenarlos más fácilmente. Espolvorearemos con azúcar glas y canela.
