  5. 175 gr galletas ( galletas de régimen )
  6. 75-80 gr mantequilla
  7. 1 lata melocotón en almíbar grande
  8. 1 molde
  9. 1 hoja papel de horno

  1. En primer lugar ponemos las hojas de gelatina a remojar en agua fría
  2. Trituramos las galletas, yo lo hago en el Themomix
  3. Fundimos la mantequilla en un cazo ó en el microondas
  4. Ponemos la hoja de papel de horno en el molde, solo el suelo.
  5. Ahora hacemos la mezcla de las galletas trituradas junto la mantequilla derretida y podemos hacer el suelo de la tarta. Apretar bien la mezcla en el molde con una cuchara.
  6. En el Thermomix trituro los melocotones en almíbar, dejamos 4 trocitos enteros para adornar, el resto lo trituramos sin el almíbar.
  7. Ahora en un cazo añadimos el yoghurt, la nata el azúcar y los melocotones triturados y vamos dando vueltas hasta que este tibio. Cuando tenga un poquito de calor añadimos una por una las hojas de gelatina y removemos bien hasta que este todo bien mezclado.
  8. Añadimos esta mezcla en el molde, dejamos enfriar un poco y lo ponemos en la nevera hasta que quede bien consistente.
  9. Sacamos la tarta y la adornamos con los melocotones he hemos reservado antes.
  10. Nota: en paréntesis es para hacerla con menos calorías.
