  5. Recuerda tapar la masa con papel film o una bolsa plástica cada vez que dejes descansar para que no se seque. Yo trabajé con harina leudante por lo que no dejé descansar la masa entre doblez y doblez. Luego se estira la masa teniendo en cuenta que duplicara altura en el horno y se corta en círculos.
  6. Se puede utilizar cortante, un vaso, taza, copa, o lo que tengamos en casa que nos sirva para cortar de la circunferencia deseada. Yo los hago con un termo metálico de boca chica (es lo que hay...). Se colocan en bandeja o molde de horno enmantecado y enharinado o cubierto de papel manteca.
