  2. Dejar reposar la masa por espacio de una hora en un sitio cálido y tapado con un paño de cocina, pasado el tiempo amasar la masa apretándola firme y siempre hacia adentro y coger porciones de 80 gr.
  3. Hacer bolas apretando la masa y una vez estén todas tapar la masa dejar reposar 30 minutos con un paño húmedo, forma baritas sin punta y ponlas en la bandeja de horno. Hazle unos cortes con un cúter ladeados bastante profundos y déjalo reposar tapado 90 minu.
  4. Precalienta el horno a 250 º con un vaso o cazuelita de agua dentro para formar vapor, cuando los panecillos hayan doblado volumen pincélalos de huevo y mételos en el horno durante 12 minutos.
