- En un bol batimos el huevo y le añadimos el azúcar. Hay que hacerlo de esta manera para que el azúcar cueza al huevo y no se quede crudo.


- Una vez derretido el chocolate junto con la mantequilla le añadimos el azúcar batido con el huevo.

- Y todo lo mezclamos con las galletas trituradas.



- Por otro lado troceamos las galletas tipo Chiquilin. Uso estas galletas por que me gusta el sabor que tiene y le da al Salame.


- Mezclamos estas últimas galletas con la masa que teníamos. Este paso cuesta algo más, pero hay que mezclarlo muy bien todo.



- Por último lo vertemos en un papel film para darle la forma del Salami. Por fuera lo envuelvo con varias capas de papel de aluminio para dejarlo más prensado y lo dejamos enfriar en el frigo durante 1 día o los que necesite. Intentar ir dándole giros para que no se quede aplastado por la parte de abajo.



- Toca la presentación. Con azúcar glas lo espolvoreamos por todo el Salami y si sois curiosos, lo atais con cuerda y ya tenemos nuestro Salami. En casa más de uno pensó que era de verdad un Salami :)
