  4. Échamos la calabaza cocida dentro del vaso de la Thermomix y programamos 15seg / vel.10. Yo he repetido este paso una segunda vez pero con 10seg ya que me gusta que quede cremosa.
  5. Y listo!! Tenemos una maravillosa crema de cacao para untar totalmente saludable :)
  6. * NOTA ** La calabaza yo la he comprado al vacío. No obstante, si se compra natural, yo le pondría 2 minutos más a cocerse en el estuche de vapor.
  7. * NOTA ** El cacao, el edulcorante y la vainilla, es totalmente al gusto.
