  6. En un molde, vamos poniendo porciones de masa y apretándolas bien, separadas por papel de horno. Lo metemos en el frigorífico durante al menos dos horas, tapado y con algo de peso encima.
  7. Pasado el tiempo, desmoldamos y cortamos en barritas, que envolveremos en el mismo papel de horno. Se conservan en la nevera durante muchísimo tiempo (si es que no nos las comemos antes).
