Ya sabéis lo que me gustan los bizcochos caseros pero en esta ocasión vamos a sorprender a nuestros comensales ya que desde el primer corte nos va a sorprender.

Además de tener un bizcocho que nos entra por los ojos, conseguimos un bizcocho muy tierno y con un sabor buenísimo. Y por si cabe alguna duda, es muy fácil de hacer.

  3. 3 yogures de harina
  4. 2 yogures de azúcar
  5. 1/2 yogur de aceite de girasol
  6. 1 sobre levadura Royal®
  7. 2 cucharadas cacao puro en polvo

  1. Precalentamos el horno a 180ºC.

    En un vaso batidor (yo usé la thermomix) incorporamos todos los ingredientes salvo el cacao puro y los batimos bien. Comenzamos por los huevos y el azúcar. A continuación incorporo el aceite, la harina y la levadura.
  2. Separamos la masa en dos. En mi caso el total fueron 700 gr. de masa por lo que coloqué 350 gr. de masa en cada bol.
  3. En una de las mitades le añadimos las dos cucharadas de cacao puro y mezclamos bien hasta que quede bien integrado.

    Lo siguiente será untar el molde con mantequilla y espolvorear harina para que salga el bizcocho sin problemas.
  4. Y ahora empieza la magia de la receta. Ponemos tres cucharadas de masa blanca (sin cacao) en el centro del molde. A continuación, ponemos otras tres cucharadas de masa con chocolate en el centro de la masa y sobre ésta la misma cantidad de masa de cacao (siempre en el centro). Seguimos alternando las mezclas hasta terminar con las masas.
  5. Veremos cómo se van formando anillos alternos blanco y negro.
  6. Horno durante 30 minutos a 180ºC. Como siempre dependerá del molde que utilicemos y del horno de cada uno.
  7. Una vez que haya templado podemos desmoldar y a disfrutar.
