  1. Untamos el molde (22 cm diámetro aprox) de mantequilla y precalentamos horno a 180°
  2. Para hacer el bizcocho. En el vaso de la tmx con la mariposa mezclamos 2huevos y 60g de azúcar 3' 37° vel 3. Y una vez más 3' vel 3. Añadimos 50g de harina, 10g de cacao y pizca de sal 6" vel 2. Quitamos la mariposa y terminamos de mezclar a mano. Vertemos en el molde y horneamos 10' 180°. (Ya no nos hará falta el horno) Cuando se enfríe pintamos con café.
  3. Para hacer el relleno. Hidratamos las 7 hojas de gelatina mientras preparamos lo demás. Con la mariposa. Montamos 2 claras, 4 gotas de limón y una pizca de sal 4' vel 3 (tras el primer minuto retirar cubilete que las claras cojan las aire). Reservamos. Montamos 250g nata pero no del todo, que quede cremosita. Vel 3'5 sin tiempo. Reservamos. Mezclamos 100g de leche condensada 2' 100° vel 2. Añadimos las hojas escurriditas y mezclamos 30" vel 4. (Continuo en el siguiente ⬇️)
  4. Añadimos 270g de leche condensada y mezclamos 30" vel 5. mezclamos a mano las claras, la nata y la leche despacio y de manera envolvente. Cuando está homogéneo verter sobre el bizcocho y enfriar en frigorífico.
  5. Para la cobertura (tenemos que tener el relleno totalmente frío y cuajado) mezclamos 100g de nata 3'100° vel 1. Añadimos 100g de chocolate en trozos y mezclamos 2' vel 3. Vertemos sobre el relleno con cuidado y volvemos a enfriar en frigorífico. Tiene que reposar al menos una hora antes de servirla
