- En Thermomix: poner la máquina a velocidad 5 sin tiempo ni temperatura, y añadir los huevos uno a uno, echar uno (sin parar la máquina) cascar otro y echar, así con todos
- Cuando estén todos los huevos mezclados: Extender en el papel de horno. Parece que está mal extendida, pero esto no afecta para nada.



- Aproximadamente un centímetro de grosor

- Espolvorear con un poco de canela y azúcar (a gusto del consumidor)

- Meter al horno ya caliente, y sin iris de la cocina porque en unos 10-15 minutos está hecha
