- 200 ml. agua
- 50 ml. aceite de oliva
- 20 grs. levadura fresca prensada o un sobre de levadura de panaderia deshidratada
- 400 grs. harina
- 1 cucharadita sal

- Preparación con Thermomix: 1. En el vaso se vierte el agua y el aceite. Programamos 30 segundos a 37ºC. a Vel. 1. 2. Añadimos la levadura y mezclamos durante 5 segundos a velocidad 4. 3. Incorporamos la harina y la sal. Programamos 1 minuto en opción vaso cerrado, velocidad Espiga. 4. Retiramos la masa del vaso de nuestra Thermomix y la reservamos en una fuente y la tapamos con un paño para que fermente durante 30 minuto como mínimo.

- Preparación tradicional: 1. Calentamos en un vaso el agua en el microondas durante 30 segundos para que coja temperatura junto con el aceite de oliva. 2. Seguidamente añadimos la levadura y removemos bien, hasta que quede bien disuelta. 3. En un bol donde podáis trabajar bien la masa, ponéis la harina y la sal juntas y hacéis un volcán en el centro, y vais añadiendo poco a poco la mezcla del agua tibia, el aceite y la levadura, vais amasando la masa. 4. - Ahora llega la hora de hacer nuestra pizza: 1. una vez haya fermentado la masa, la dividimos en 3 porciones similares, si no vas a utilizar todas las porciones puedes congelar las bolas de masa dentro de una bolsa de congelado o en un recipiente de plástico. 2. Encima de la encimera espolvoremos un poco de harina para poder trabajar la masa y que no se pegue, intentamos dar forma redonda y la ponemos en una sarten, que quede bien cubierta la base.

Ponemos al fuego medio-bajo la sarten y tapamos con otra sarten de la misma medida o con una tapadera durante 15-20 minutos, dependiendo del grosor de la masa.
