  1. Hacemos la masa (yo la hice en la Thermomix) pero se puede hacer a mano, queda una masa un poco pegajosa. Ponemos todos los ingredientes en el vaso, programamos 3 minutos, modo espiga. Dejamos reposar hasta que doble su volumen. Mientras cortamos la cebolla en medias lunas y la confitamos, en una sartén con un poco de aceite, la cebolla y sal para que sude, a fuego muy suave y tapada. Vamos cortando las aceitunas en tres trozos. La reservamos. Una vez confitada la cebolla, la reservamos.
  2. Una vez haya doblado el volumen, extendemos la masa sobre un papel de horno, en una bandeja. Con las manos la vamos extendiendo, (yo me unto las manos con aceite para que no se pegue). Untamos con aceite la superficie, ahora procedemos a añadir los ingredientes. En mi caso ayer hice mitad de cebolla confitada y mitad de aceitunas negras. Pero eso según vuestros gustos.
  3. Una vez puesto los ingredientes, hacemos unos semi agujeros con los dedos. Tapamos y dejamos reposar, debe de doblar su volumen. Precalentamos el horno a 220°C. Antes de introducir la focaccia le ponemos un chorrito de aceite virgen extra por encima, horneamos unos 15 minutos, según nos guste más o menos cocida.
