  5. Ahora uso la Thermomix. Meto la cebolla, una cucharada de mantequilla, un chorro de vino de Jerez y el líquido que suelta la carne al cortarla. Y programo 5 minutos/temperatura Varoma/velocidad 1
  6. Una vez está lista se tritura todo y la salsa está lista. Si ha quedado muy espesa se le puede echar un pelín de agua y volver a triturar.
  7. Pues eso, receta espectacular. Cuando la haga con el redondo colgaré la foto final 🤗
