  6. Ponemos la mantequilla con unas gotas de aceite en la sartén y añadimos la salvia lavada y seca. Dejamos dorar y añadimos la cebolla y una pizca de sal. Cuando esté pochadita, añadimos la calabaza, salpimentamos y rehogamos unos 10 min a fuego medio. Añadimos agua sin que llegue a cubrir y cocemos hasta que la calabaza esté blandita. Una vez lista, trituramos hasta obtener una crema suave.
  7. Rellenamos los ravioli poniendo una cucharadita de brandada en el centro de la pasta.
  8. Pintamos los bordes de agua y cubrimos con otra lámina de wonton.
  9. Recortamos los bordes con ayuda de un cortapastas.
  10. Una vez listos todos los ravioli los cocemos en agua salada hirviendo durante 3 min.
  11. Mientras, en una cdita de mantequilla.freímos 4 hojas de salvia más. Reservamos
  12. Ponemos la salsa de calabaza en el fondo de un plato hondo. Escurrimos bien los ravioli y los ponemos encima de la salsa. Añadimos un poquito de la mantequilla de salvia y terminamos con queso Parmesano rallado y las hojas de salvia fritas.
