  2. Mezclamos, 30 seg. / Vel. 3.
  3. Quitamos la mariposa y añadimos la harina, mezclamos, 30 seg. / Vel. 3.
  4. Amasamos, 7 min. / Vel. Espiga 🌾.
  5. Formamos una bola y dejamos en un bol enharinado tapado con film transparente para que suba.(tardará más tiempo pues los ingredientes que le hemos añadido no están tibios). (Aproximadamente 2 horas).
  6. Una vez haya aumentado su volumen, volcamos la masa en la mesa poco enharinada donde vamos a trabajar y amasamos para desgasificarla bien, (siempre hacia dentro), voleamos y formamos un cilindro que cortaremos en 10 unidades.
  7. Preparamos medio vaso con agua y disolvemos en el una cucharadita de harina de maicena.(nos servirá como pegamento para cerrar los bollos).
  8. Con cada porción formamos una bola con las manos damos forma de mini-rulo y con ayuda de un rodillo estíramos, hasta obtener un rectángulo. En uno de los extremos del mismo, ponemos crema pastelera, mermelada, manzana o cualquier otra cosa que se os ocurra y con ayuda de una brocha ponemos en los bordes el pegamento cerramos como si fuese una empanadilla, (como se muestra en la foto).
  9. Con un corta pasta o un cuchillo bien afilado, hacemos unos cortes, (sin llegar al final), y vamos enrollando.
  10. Precalentamos el horno a temperatura 180°C. calor arriba y abajo.
  11. Con una yema de huevo batida y con el pincel damos a los bollos solo en la capa superior sin tocar el interior de las ranuras.
  12. Introducimos en el horno durante, 25/30 minutos,(dependerá del horno).
  13. Dejamos enfriar sobre una rejilla.
