  7. Poner 2 cucharadas de mantequilla, rallar parmesano y remover para que esté cremoso. (TH. incorporar mantequilla, parmesano, pimienta y remover con espátula)
  8. Cuando esté en el plato rallar un poco más de queso parmesano por encima al gusto.
