  4. Cuando estén como un puré, añadimos el yogurt congelado a cucharadas y la leche condensada (si tenemos azúcar invertido podemos echar en vez de la leche condensada, 30 gramos de azúcar blanco y 30 gramos de azúcar invertido).
  5. Volvemos a triturar hasta obtener nuestro helado. En Thermomix sería 1 min/vel 5-10 progresiva. Como se habrá derretido un poco, lo ideal es verterlo en un recipiente hermético y congelar al menos 1 hora antes de consumir.
  6. A la hora de consumir, sacarlo 10-15 minutos antes para que nos sea más fácil hacer las bolas con la cuchara.
